Best study tips

 

1. Daily Time Table Banao

  • Subah uthkar fresh mind se 1-2 ghante padhai karo.

  • School/college ke baad 2-3 ghante revision.

  • Raat ko difficult subject ka revision karo.

2. 45–15 Rule Follow Karo

  • Apne shabdon mein short notes banao.

  • Highlight karo important points.

  • Diagrams aur charts use karo (specially science subjects mein).


4. Previous Year Papers / Mock Tests Lagao

  • Har Sunday ek full syllabus test do.

  • Weak points samjho aur unpe kaam karo.


5. Smart Learning Tools Ka Use Karo

  • YouTube / Educational Apps (Unacademy, Khan Academy, Byju’s, etc.)

  • Flashcards (Anki app), Mind Maps

  • Group study (agar distraction na ho)


6. Healthy Routine Follow Karo

  • Sahi neend (6–8 ghante)

  • Healthy diet (avoid junk food)

  • Physical activity (30 minutes walk/exercise)


7. Avoid Distractions

  • Study time mein phone silent ya airplane mode pe rakho.

  • Social media se door raho jab tak goal pura na ho.
